Who we are. HP SOLAR SYSTEMS is a registered partnership firm at Sector 29, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh 493661, GSTIN 22AATFH8204Q1ZT. We design, supply, install and maintain rooftop solar systems. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the information described here.
The short version. We collect what we need to prepare your solar estimate and arrange a site survey, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside our firm for their own purposes. You can ask us to delete everything at any time, on +91 70004 98981, and we will.
We only collect personal data when you give it to us through a form on this website, or when you tap the WhatsApp button (see below). There is no account to create, and we do not track you across other websites.

We also count anonymous events, such as how many people clicked the WhatsApp button. Those counts contain no name, number or IP address and cannot be traced back to you. This is separate from the enquiry described above, which is stored with your IP address for the security purpose in the last row.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. This site sets no advertising cookies and includes no Google Analytics, Meta pixel or similar third-party tracking.
We record your consent when you tick the box on a form, or tap the WhatsApp button beneath the notice that explains what that does, together with the exact wording you were shown, so we can always show what you agreed to. If we change that wording, existing records keep the version that applied to them.
You can withdraw consent at any time. It is as easy to withdraw as it was to give: one message or call, and no explanation is required.
Your details are used by our own staff to prepare your estimate and arrange the survey. They are transferred into our internal office system over an authenticated connection, and that system is not accessible from the internet.
We share personal data outside the firm only where it is necessary to do the work you asked for, or where the law requires it:

These are the rights the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you. We apply them now, ahead of the dates from which the Act requires it, and we will keep to them as those dates arrive:
We will respond to any of these within a reasonable period, and normally within 30 days. There is no charge.
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Uploaded bills are stored outside the website's own folder with restricted file permissions, and are removed automatically when they expire. Access to enquiry records requires a password, and the office system that receives them is reachable only on our private network. We check that uploaded files really are documents or images before storing them.
No system is perfect. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.
This site is intended for adults arranging solar for a property. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child's data has been submitted, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again rather than rely on the old one.
For anything in this policy, to exercise a right, or to complain, contact our Grievance Officer, the partner responsible for data protection. We acknowledge every complaint and aim to resolve it within 30 days:
